Nature Walks
Do you enjoy walking but feel reluctant to walk alone or are less fit than you used to be? Walking in a small group helps to combat social isolation and helps you to stay active, while being outside in nature is known to have benefits for our mental health.
Wellbeing Walks start and finish at the Parish Hall on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month. These days tie in with the Coffee and Chat sessions in the Meeting Room, so there is an opportunity for a drink afterwards.
